The UNH Academic Program in College Teaching

Since 1997, the Graduate School of the University of New Hampshire, in conjunction with the UNH Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, has been offering graduate academic courses in college teaching. All courses in the program emphasize the transfer of theory and research into instructional practice. Our courses are available to UNH doctoral students, UNH faculty, and faculty and graduate students from other institutions. Participants have three options for earning a credential in college teaching:

In 2002, The University of New Hampshire's Academic Programs in College Teaching were awarded a Theodore M. Hesburgh Certificate of Excellence by TIAA-CREF.
