Hotel Information:

• The University of New Hampshire has reserved a small block of rooms with two hotels near the campus. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the campus for the Summit gatherings.
  • You may reserve a complimentary room at one of the hotels listed below UNTIL SEPTEMBER 8.
  • After September 8, or should you decide to stay elsewhere, it is understood that you will cover your own rooming costs while attending the Summit.
• In both hotels, the rooms are meant to be shared by you with one of your colleagues. Each room has two double beds, a large bathroom, desk and television.
• Shuttle service, provided by the hotel, will take you to and from the malls and movie theaters up
  until 10:00 p.m. each evening.
• We will provide the hotels with a participant list when your team leader provides same to us.
• University of New Hampshire will cover the billing for room and room tax. Incidentals (food at the hotel, telephone, movies, etc.) will be at your own expense
