FIRST VIOLATION:
$75.00 fine payable to the Business Services Office. If the fine is not paid by the end of the semester in which the incident occurs, the bill will be forwarded to the Registrar's Office and no grades or transcripts will be issued.

SECOND VIOLATION:
If a second incident should occur, the student must pay a $125.00 fine payable to the Business Services Office. If the fine is not paid by the end of the semester in which the incident occurs, the bill will be forwarded to the Registrar's Office and no grades or transcripts will be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FINES:
If any incident involving alcohol and/or drugs occurs, and the violation(s) is serious, no fine will be levied if a separation sanction is imposed, such as eviction from all University Housing, or suspension from the University.
