Meeting Six 10/14/05
We got money!!! Spectra donated $100 based on our sponsorship package. Grace will send a Thank you note and contact them about putting link on the web page and the banner.
I-Robot Grace still needs to contact them; will put on to do list.
Professor Gross gave us the name of someone he would like us to contact that currently builds fire fighting robots as a job?? Nathan Ramsey. Erick will give the information to Grace and she will contact him. On the top of the to do list.
Update sponsorship packages this week now that we have a logo, we just need a picture. Time set for Sunday at 11:30 am for a new photo to be taken.
Once the sponsorship packets are updated we will drop them off at the locations signed up for previously ex. Lowe’s, Target, Home Depot, etc.
Erick needs to work on blackboard hasn’t done this yet.

Jen went over the rules, just a brief over view so we can start designing

Design ideas for next week, small groups will meet during the week, anyone can bring ideas about any part of the robot for next week so we can create a design matrices and begin the project.

Grace put out a suggestion to look into preliminary fire fighting contests, that we either participate or a least go and observe one before our competition to see how they go and get ideas to improve our robot or make decisions on different modes.
