Server Health & Security Program

CIS Staff

As the central UNH IT service organization, CIS is charged with helping to protect UNH servers. Services that are available from CIS in support of this program include public and fee-based customized firewall services, centrally funded anti-virus software for personal computers and servers, and basic vulnerability testing.

CIS developed the Server Health and Security Program in 2005 to form a partnership with UNH server administrators to optimize the use of these services. As part of the continuing effort, CIS is currently contacting server administrators on the UNH campus to discuss how to address specific security concerns. Administrators who have not been contacted by CIS or who have questions about this program are encouraged to contact Marcus Del Greco at marcus.delgreco@unh.edu.
