Apple Releases Mac OS X Leopard

Jason Boucher

AppleIt’s finally here. After a few short delays, Apple is ready to unveil the new Mac OS. Just a few of the updates include new versions of the Desktop, a more profound and iTunes-like approach to Finder, advanced Video iChat with more special effects, Mac Mail with added stationary and RSS capability, and a new version of the Safari web browser.

New features include Time Machine, which gives users the ability to restore their computer to any previous date. Mac OS X Leopard also includes an easier way to stay organized through a new utility called Spaces. And finally, Quick Look - which acts like a live preview, and allows Mac users to surf every file on their machine without ever opening the file.
