Many Banner Student users have been experiencing difficulty accessing links on the front pages of Banner Student Production. This is most likely due to the recent installation of one of the following programs onto your computer: Firefox, Google, Yahoo, Viewpoint, AIM. These programs are often set to load automatically and often block the ability to view Banner links.

Use the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Turn off the Pop-Up blocker located within Internet Explorer, if  applicable (Tools>Pop-Up Blocker>Turn off Pop-up Blocker).
2. Remove any of the following programs: Google or Yahoo toolbar or Viewpoint. Go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
3. Highlight and remove the program. Restart your browser.

Also-please remember that Banner is only supported using Internet Explorer version 6.
