The next time you are trying to access a UNH computer resource and find yourself wondering, “Is it me, or is there a problem?” check out the CIS Service Status on the CIS home page.
The CIS Service Status Webpage provides the University community with information on scheduled work and outages that may affect computing system availability. This webpage also contains time-sensitive security information, historical files about past outages and security events, including: interruption of service, scheduled downtimes, Security updates and system changes.
To access the Service Status webpage, visit the CIS Homepage at cis.unh.edu and select the Service Status icon, located in the lower right-hand corner of the webpage. If this webpage does not contain the information you were seeking, please call the CIS Helpdesk at 862-4242.
