If currently using Microsoft Office 2007, there may be some issues viewing PowerPoint presentations made with prior versions of PowerPoint. Clients may not be allowed to view the full features of PowerPoint. This can easily be fixed by visiting Microsoft’s Download Center for the free download of the PowerPoint Viewer 2007.

1. Go to www.microsoft.com/downloads
2. Search all downloads for “PowerPoint Viewer 2007”
3. Click Go.
4. The download requested appears as a link with in a short list.
5. Click the link, then click the Download button and choose Run.
6. After the download, no reboot is necessary.

 

This will allow users to view full-featured presentations created with PowerPoint 97 through PowerPoint 2007.
