Alexis Laponius, class of 2004, is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Education. Alexis is from Derry, NH and has had a great first year at UNH meeting new friends and getting involved on campus. As a dedicated athlete on the Women's UNH Crew team, Alexis points out that being a part of crew is more than just participating in a sport. . .it's a lifestyle choice. Most mornings, she's up at 6:00 am for practice with the rest of her team! After getting her degree at UNH, Alexis wants to go to graduate school to work on a Master's in Education. Her ultimate goal is to teach middle school where she feels she'll be able to make a real difference in students' lives.
