Serc C

While at the moment this building is a messy mixture of mud, bricks, bulldozers and construction workers, it will soon become an exciting addition to our on-campus housing options.

This building, called Serc C for now is adjacent to Serc A and Serc B which opened for the first time in Fall of 2007.  These three buildings share the attractive brick pedestrian promenade.  They are across from academic buildings:  Kingsbury and Morse Halls.  They are also across from Forest Park Apartments housing many families affiliated with UNH. Serc C will house approximately 250 students.

Serc C will be open to all undergraduate students and will have a mixture of traditional singles, doubles,  triples, and 4 & 5 person suites.  There is common space on every floor, a main lounge, a kitchen and laundry facilities, and 2 academic classrooms.

Serc C will also be the home of the theme floor Common Purposes: a Multicultural Community. Serc C will host the living/learning community linked to our Multicultural floor for first year students.  First year students on this floor will participate in a 4 credit inquiry class called “Be The Change You Want to See: Active Citizenship in a Multicultural World.”  This class and floor invites students interested in diversity.  Start out your time at UNH in a brand new beautiful building as part of a community of students who share an interest in multiculturalism.
