Fairchild Hall has always been a popular choice for our students – it’s right downtown and adjacent to Holloway Commons and the MUB at the same time.  This hall is currently being completely renovated –they took out everything but the outside walls!  When it re-opens in August 2008, approximately 125 residents will be living in a stylish, classic building with all new features and amenities.

While the hall has a mixture of singles and doubles, it will feature a large number of designated triples – which are rooms built large enough to accommodate three residents.  It will also have study lounges on each floor, a big rec space on the ground floor, laundry facilities and a covered porch on the back deck overlooking the courtyard.

Fairchild will have a full-time hall director and 4 RAs to help this renovated building transform back into a fun, vibrant and academic community.
