Program Developers

Danielle Licitra has been a Residence Hall Director for four years. After working at Simmons College and the Mass-College of Art, she came to the University of New Hampshire where she has been for the last two years. Danielle has presented at E-Pluribus Unum, a Conference on Diversity at SUNY Buffalo, and has organized a committee for a Northern New England conference: Race Matters-Building a Multicultural Campus. At the University of New Hampshire, Danielle worked on the Diversity team for a year and created a diversity enrichment project over the summer which included theory and practice. Danielle is currently the Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, MA (617) 879-7752


Kristin Carpenter
is Assistant Director of Residential Life at UNH. Kristin was previously a residence hall director for five years at UNH. Prior to UNH, she earned her Master's Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration at The University of Vermont. She particulary likes working with first year students, interacting with parents and developing new programs. In her free time, Kristin is found playing with her daughter and husband outside.
