The Office of Faculty Development and Inclusive Excellence Initiatives supports UNH faculty and academic administrators in their ongoing quest for excellence in teaching, research, outreach, and leadership.

Faculty Development Programs are offered for two audiences:

  • Faculty Mentoring Program to assist junior faculty in their academic career development

  • Professional Development for Academic Leaders Program for senior faculty and department chairs for leadership skill enhancement

These programs complement those offered by the
Research Office.
