Searching for MSDS

A Material Safety Data Sheet is an important component of workplace safety; it is intended to provide workers with procedures for handling or working with that substance in a safe manner, and includes information such as physical data, toxicity, health effects, first aid, reactivity, storage, disposal, protective equipment, and spill handling procedures.

In this tutorial you will explore two ways to search for Material Safety Data Sheets. You will also learn the difference between viewing a MSDS associated with a container, and viewing a related MSDS for a container.
