Employment and Benefits Policies Guidance for UNH Research Faculty

• The Office of the Senior Vice Provost for Research compiled this guide in an attempt to clarify the policies that impact UNH Research Faculty, and to distinguish between these official policies and some less effective practices and campus mythology.  

• The topics included are those about which confusion has been recently expressed. 

• In all cases, the actual policies and official procedures will prevail and are subject to change. 

• The language in this document does not pertain to faculty in the collective bargaining unit.
