Updated List of Agencies Using New Public Health Service (PHS) FCOIR Regulations

The National Research Council has updated the list of agencies reported as using the revised Public Health Service (PHS) financial conflict of interest in research (FCOIR) regulations in their award terms.  The list is available on UNH's FCOIR for Projects Funded by the PHS webpage

The agencies are as follows:

In 2011, the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) revised its financial conflict of interest in research (FCOIR) regulations regarding research funded by it or its component agencies (e.g., the National Institutes of Health).  These regulations are effective August 24, 2012.
