UNH English Professors Receive Grants from NEH

Two UNH English professors have received National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) awards to support their humanities projects this year.  They are the only two scholars in the State of New Hampshire to receive NEH awards this year.

Assistant professor Cord Whitaker received a $25,000 Enduring Questions Pilot Course Grant to support his development of an undergraduate course based on the question, "What is racial difference?"

Dennis Britton Receives NEH Fellowship to Work at Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC

Dennis Britton, assistant professor of English, has been awarded a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Fellowship to work at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC for the 2012-13 academic year.
