Updated List of Agencies Using New Public Health Service (PHS) FCOIR Regulations

The National Research Council has updated the list of agencies reported as using the revised Public Health Service (PHS) financial conflict of interest in research (FCOIR) regulations in their award terms.  The list is available on UNH's FCOIR for Projects Funded by the PHS webpage

The agencies are as follows:

Complying with UNH Financial Conflict of Interest in Research Policy

If you conduct externally sponsored research and you have a significant financial interest that could be impacted by your research, then you must comply with the UNH policy on Financial Conflict of Interest in Research.

For example, if you have an ownership stake in a company and your externally-funded research could benefit the company, this is a financial conflict of interest in research.
