- Click “My Proposals” then click “Search For” to locate a specific proposal, as shown below. Once you have located the proposal, follow the steps for the “Show List” option explained previously.
- There are several filters to help you search. If you don’t see what you need in the core set of options, click “Show Additional Search Options” for more choices.
- Some of the search fields are free text entry – just type into the applicable box. You can use the “*” character as a wildcard if you are unsure of the exact syntax.
- Some of the search options are based on “Look Up” values, i.e. clicking the “Set” link will take you to a pick list, such as the PI, where you can select the exact name.
- Date search options provide logical operators such as =, <, > while other options, such as “Proposal Status”, provide drop down choices.
- You can use any combination of search fields to filter your results.
- Once you have entered your filters, click “Locate”.
- You can click “Clear All” to clear your filters and start over.
