STEP THREE: SELECT THE OPPORTUNITY NUMBER

  • If you know the number, or if your proposal does not have an opportunity number, select “Setup Proposal Manually”.
  • To find an opportunity from a listing of “Grants.Gov” or “SPIN” opportunities, select the appropriate option and continue.
