Estimating Costs for and Developing Sponsored Programs Proposal Budgets -- Coming Soon!
This web-based module introduces Principal Investigators (PIs) and Project Directors (PDs) to estimating costs for, and developing, sponsored programs proposal budgets at UNH. The module is designed to familiarize PIs/PDs with the process, which is guided by federal, sponsor and UNH regulations and policies.
The information in this module should be supplemented by the specific budget and financial instruction information provided by the sponsor to which the proposal will be submitted.

NSF Education Research Proposal Workshop Series
Are you interested in gaining a competitive edge in writing proposals for educational research and development projects such as those supported by the NSF’s Transforming Undergraduate Education in STEM (TUES) Program {formerly the Course, Curriculum and Laboratory Improvement (CCLI) Program} or for research projects with significant educational components (e.g., the BRIGE and CAREER programs)? Then you will want to participate in one or more of the interactive, web-based workshops to be presented by current NSF Engineering and Computer Science Program Directors in the Division of Undergraduate Education.
Workshops will present skills for writing proposals for educational research and development projects such as those supported by the NSF’s Transforming Undergraduate Education in STEM (TUES) Program or for research projects with significant educational components. Each workshop consists of two one-hour segments, with a 15 minute break between segments, followed by a 45-minute Q&A session.
Primary Audience: Faculty and staff
Attendance: RSVP to Diana.Couture@unh.edu
DUE Funding Decision Processes at NSF provides an overview of some of NSF's programs that support education R & D in engineering and computer science and explores the TUES Program (Transforming Undergraduate Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in more detail.
