The Community Grants Program is the broadest competitive grant program of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (NHCF). It responds to community needs within New Hampshire and in border communities in Maine and Vermont.

NHCF will host a webinar on the Community Grants application process on February 27, 2013 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The webinar will review the program criteria and timeline for 2013 and demonstrate how to access the online application system.   Register for the webinar.

The criteria for the 2013 Community Grants Program are the same as 2012; the deadlines are as follows:

Small Grants ($5,000 or less): accepted on a rolling basis from March 1 – November 15, 2013.

Large Grants (up to $20,000 for regions, $25,000 for statewide): The NHCF online application system will be open to accept concept papers for Large Grants beginning August 1. Concept papers are due August 21. If your concept paper is accepted, you will be notified by September 11, with applications due September 30. Final notification of grant awards will occur by the end of December.
