SPECIAL EVENT: Two Days of State-­Wide SBIR/STTR Workshops - April 21-22, 2011

The UNH Office for Research Partnerships and Commercialization is pleased to announce a special event for technology-based entrepreneurs and small companies.  Workshops devoted to learning about and preparing proposals to the federal SBIR/STTR grant programs will take place in 3 locations around New Hampshire on April 21 and 22, 2011.

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR) grant programs are a source of non-dilutive capital (grants) provided by Federal agencies to foster cooperative R&D between small businesses as US research institutions.

  • Thursday, April 21: Proposal Preparation - Department of Defense/Department of Energy

  • Thursday, April 21: SBIRs/STTRs for Medical Device Development
    Sponsored by the NH Bio/Medical Council

  • Friday, April 22: SBIR/STTR 101 Workshop
    Sponsored by the NH Small Business Development Center
