Jeffrey Foster, assistant professor of genetics in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture, talked with New Hamphire Public Radio about signs of resilience among bats, which have been devastated by a fungal infection called white-nose syndrome, and new findings about their immune systems that could lead to treatments for some human diseases.
