  1. To add other e-Forms to your proposal, such as the “Sponsored Programs Cost Sharing Form”, follow the steps provided below.
      1. Click the “Add Institution Forms/Supported Documents” link. A popup window will appear.

      2. Under “Add Initial Application Components”, check the box next to the document you want to include.

      3. To upload other documents, such as an excel budget, use the Upload section.

        1. Add the name of your document.

        2. Browse to the document to include the path.

        3. Select a document category.

        4. Click “Upload”.

        5. To remove a document from your proposal, click the blue “Remove” icon.
