DEGREE/ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

UNH has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for verification of student enrollment and degrees awarded. Commercial verifiers of degrees and enrollment must contact the Clearinghouse for verifications. The Clearinghouse can be found on the Internet at www.studentclearinghouse.org. or you may call 703-742-4200.

UNH Degree Students can request enrollment verifications through WEBCAT.

Instructions for current or past semesters (not available during add/drop - see below):

Log into Blackboard.unh.edu
Select "Webcat/Services" tab at top and "Continue" to Webcat.
Select "Student Services and Financial Aid"
Select "Enrollment Verification"
Select "Connect to the National Student Clearinghouse"
Choose "Current Enrollment" or "All Enrollment"
Select "Obtain an enrollment certificate"

Print or download .pdf copy of enrollment Verification certificate.

For Future semester (you must first registered for classes).
Summer or during Add/Drop:

Follow steps 1-4 above
Select "Request Current Term Enrollment Verification"
Select Term, Verification Type and Number of Copies
Select "Continue"
Select one of your addresses on file OR
Type a Third Party Address OR
Type "Pick up" in the "Issue to" box if you want to pick it up in our office (Bring photo ID if you are picking it up)
Select "Continue"
Review information and select "Submit Request"

Enrollment Verification will be ready for pick up or mailed out within 24 hours of the request. Bring photo ID if you are picking it up.
