Diplomas are mailed approximately 8-12 weeks after Commencement to the address listed on the intent-to-graduate WEBCAT filing.
Grades must be entered into the student database, students must be certified, and diplomas ordered from an out-of-state facility before arriving back at UNH to be proofed and mailed out.
NOTE: 10-20% of students who file an intent-to-graduate will not fulfill the requirements to graduate.
Letters are sent to these students and their advisers explaining why they did not graduate. Students must fulfill all general education, writing, and major requirements.
Students cannot graduate with an IC, IA, or IX grade.
Students must request a replacement and/or additional diploma in writing to the Graduation Department including:
Diploma re-orders are done on the 15th of each month.
Replacement or Additional Diplomas are mailed approximately 8-12 weeks after the request is received.
