CHANGE OF MAJOR IN RESTRICTED PROGRAMS

The following are "restricted" Majors:

• College of Engineering and Physical Sciences (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, and Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (PhD), and Computer Science majors)
• Whittemore School of Business and Economics (All Majors)

All students (undergraduate) changing into one of the "restricted" majors (listed above) must have a "Change of Program" form completed and signed by the appropriate administrators no later than 4:30pm on the 30th day of the semester.  Graduate students should contact the Graduate School for appropriate paperwork/procedure.

After this time no student will be allowed to enter these programs and no refund of the tuition differential will be made to students who transfer out of a restricted major until the next semester.

• These programs require an additional tuition fee.
   
• Full-time Undergraduate resident and non-resident students are charged per semester, less then full-time students are charged a pro-rated rate.
   
• Full-time Graduate resident and non-resident students are charged per semester, less then full-time students are charged a pro-rated rate.
