How to View Grades on WEBCAT

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

March 2013

Friday, March 8, 2013: MID-SEMESTER
LAST DAY to withdraw from the  University without receiving grades of WP or WF
Residence Halls close for Spring Recess, 7:00 p.m.
Deadline for undergraduate level coursework resolving Fall 2012 or JTerm 2013 IC grades.
Petitions for extensions are due in the students’ deans’ offices.
Monday, March 11, 2013:  LAST DAY for graduate students to file an Intent-to-Graduate via WEBCAT  for May 2013 without $25 late fee.
Monday, March 11 - Friday, March 15, 20313:  SPRING RECESS
Monday, March 18, 2013:  Classes resume
Second half classes begin.
Friday, March 22, 2013:  Special grade reports resolving IC grades from Fall 2012 or JTerm 2013 are due in Registrar’s Office for all undergraduates and all other students with IC grades in 200 through 700 level courses. Petitions for extensions are due in the Registrar’s Office. Unresolved ICs will be converted to Fs.
 


The Registrar's Office is responsible for registration and academic record keeping for all students at the University. The Registrar's Office processes all requests for registration and records changes. The office maintains students' permanent records, and produces student schedules, data audits, and grade reports. Graduation staff track students' progress toward completion of General Education and University requirements and provide degree audits to students. The office provides official and unofficial transcripts and enrollment verifications for current students and alumni. The Registrar acts on residency appeals and requests for change of residency status. The Veterans' Coordinator is located in the Registrar's Office. The office also manages course data, develops and distributes the Time and Room Schedule, and schedules examinations and other events in classrooms.
