Responsibility Center Management
Welcome! The University of New Hampshire is in its fifth year of decentralized budgeting (implemented July 1, 2000). This decentralization, what we call Responsibility Center Management (RCM), is an effort to provide incentives and empowerment to deans and other managers to achieve missions in a more efficient manner. This Web site is designed to provide the University community with the most up to date information about RCM. Specifically, this site provides the user with information about our implementation process, an operating manual to assist UNH financial managers, information on the 5 year review of RCM, links and reference materials and a vehicle to contact us with any questions or comments.
