The Purchasing Office is responsible
for ensuring the proper disposal of University owned equipment, supplies or
materials that have been declared surplus property. Property Control is responsible
for maintaining the Property
Control System which maintains records on all USNH equipment. Equipment
which was purchased with grant or contract funds, or that may be listed as capital
equipment (see: http://finadmin.usnh.edu/pol_proc/chapter_11/pro11_020.html
) requires special handling through Property Control.
If you have any questions pertaining
to your surplus needs, please send email to Surplus.Request@usnh.edu.
We expressly reserve the right to reject
any and all offers and/or select the offer we consider to be in the best interest
of the USNH, without penalty.
