Vendor Pricing Agreements for Vehicle Rental Services-Enterprise Returns to UNH Campus!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car (ERAC) will be re-opening their on-campus office on 9/3/2010.
The Hertz Corporation pricing agreement and the Merchants Van and Truck Company contract are both still in place to meet your rental needs.

Vendor pricing agreements for Charter
Bus transportation are available to the University community for FY14 with three
transportation firms: Premier Coach Company for motor coach charters; Concert
Limo for school bus (via motor coach and shuttles) charters; and Mermaid Transportation
Company for shuttle and airport transportation services.

Contract for Shipping Services Available to USNH
Effective December 1, 2008, USNH entered
into a new agreement with FedEx for shipping services in conjunction with the
E&I Cooperative. The new agreement offers very competitive pricing and services.

UNH Announces NEW Airgas
Contract for Cylinder Gases - Industrial and Laboratory

Effective September 22, 2008, UNH entered
into a new agreement with Airgas for cylinder gases in conjunction with the
E&I Cooperative. This agreement
represents reduced, fixed pricing over existing pricing on many of the products
currently purchased as well as reduced cylinder rental fees for an overall annual
savings of 12% to the UNH. In addition, to their position as the
#1 supplier of Specialty, Industrial and Medical Gases, Airgas also provides
the following goods and services: Airgas services also include an eBusiness
feature called B2B which provides website access to product information, account
management and ordering tools and tracking. The initial term of this agreement is
for three (3) years with two (2) additional two (2) year renewal options.
