UNH Announces New Vendor Pricing Agreements for Vehicle Rental Services
Vendor pricing agreements were recently awarded to Enterprise Rent-A-Car (ERAC) and the Hertz Corporation. These agreements are available to the UNH community and go into effect on September 1, 2009, but you may begin booking your trip requirements immediately.
Effective August 31, 2009, the Enterprise Durham office will be closing. You can contact their Dover office or any other ERAC office to rent a vehicle. ERAC offers free pickup service to renters.
The Merchants Van and Truck Company contract is still in place for the rental of vans, trucks, activity buses and handicapped accessible vans.
UNH Announces New Vendor Pricing Agreements for Motor Coach Transportation Services
Vendor pricing agreements were recently awarded to three transportation firms: Premier Coach Company for motor coach charters; Falcon Bus Lines for School Bus charters; and Mermaid Transportation Company for shuttle and airport transportation services. These agreements are available to the UNH community and went into effect on July 1, 2009.
USNH Announces NEW Audio Visual Equipment Contract Now Available to USNH
Effective December 15, 2008, NEW term agreements are in place for Audio-Visual equipment (supply, service and installation). These are three (3) year agreements (with a one (1) year initial term and two (2) successive, one (1) year renewal options). They are available for use by all USNH campuses. Product availability and discounts vary between firms.

2. New England SoundVision LLC
3. HB Communications

(Supply only) agreements were awarded to the following 2 firms:
1. Wassaman Audio Visual Inc.

USNH Announces NEW Fedex Contract for Shipping Services Available to USNH
Effective December 1, 2008, USNH entered into a new agreement with FedEx for shipping services in conjunction with the E&I Cooperative. The new agreement offers very competitive pricing and services. Click on the link above to view the presentation.
UNH Announces NEW Airgas Contract for Cylinder Gases - Industrial and Laboratory Now Available to UNH
Effective September 22, 2008, UNH entered into a new agreement with Airgas for cylinder gases in conjunction with the E&I Cooperative. This agreement represents reduced, fixed pricing over existing pricing on many of the products currently purchased as well as reduced cylinder rental fees for an overall annual savings of 12% to the UNH.
In addition, to their position as the #1 supplier of Specialty, Industrial and Medical Gases, Airgas also provides the following goods and services:
Airgas services also include an eBusiness feature called B2B which provides website access to product information, account management and ordering tools and tracking.
The initial term of this agreement is for three (3) years with two (2) additional two (2) year renewal options.
