Jon Nguyen is first year graduate student in the UNH Materials Science Program. He has been working in the PRG as a research assistant since June 2005 on the project sponsored by the Office of Naval Research towards the development of anticorrosion coatings. His work has been focused mainly on microencapsulation of dicyclopentadiene and the development of fracture testing methods to assess the self healing properties of self healing composites . Jon received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering, with a biochemical option, in May 2006.
