Jeffrey Schloss, M.A., American U., is an extension professor and extension specialist of water resources for the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension Program. Since 1986, he has been the coordinator of the New Hampshire Lakes Lay Monitoring Program, a grass roots lake and tributary monitoring program initiated in 1979.
