Colette Janson-Sand, is an associate professor of nutritional science at the University of New Hampshire. Her areas of interest include nutrition assessment and pediatric nutrition. Dr. Janson-Sand works as dietitian, curriculum developer and preceptor for the Center for Health Enhancement (CHE), Director of the ADA Dietetics Program, is a nutrition specialist for Cooperative Extension and core faculty member for the Institute on Disability's LEND Program. She designed the Dietetic Internship Program and the Dietetic Technician Program for the Thompson School, served as President of the NH Dietetic Association, and currently chairs the committee on professional issues. Additionally, she gained licensure for dietitians in New Hampshire and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the state board of licensure for dietitians.
