Neil Lubow Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Neil Lubow Scholarship Fund is established at the University of New Hampshire Foundation in loving memory of Dr. Neil Lubow through the generosity of friends, family and colleagues. Neil died in 1998 in a tragic skiing accident.

The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarship support to students majoring in philosophy at the University of New Hampshire. Awards will be based on academic merit and financial need, with preference given to students who demonstrate free, open, and clear thinking, as exemplified by Neil. The chairperson of the Philosophy Department, in consultation with department faculty and the Financial Aid Office, shall be responsible for the selection of scholarship recipients.
