Please take careful note of the following options and restrictions at this website:
Free day parking on Saturday and Sunday is available in lots labeled FACULTY/STAFF or COMMUTER. Campus resident lots, specially-reserved spaces, time zones, fire lanes, and no parking areas are restricted and enforced 24/7. If you are arriving on Friday, you can park at C lot or theMain Street Visitor Lot (corner of Main and Edgewood) for $1.00 per hour for up to 4 hours – enforced 7 am to 6 pm.
Campus Transportation:
Go to www.unh.edu/transportation/wildcat/ for full details. The Campus Connector operates Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to 12 am. It makes a circuit of the following stops every 25 to 30 minutes: West Edge Parking Lot, UNH Field House (on request), Main St. at Thompson Hall, Holloway Commons / MUB, McConnell Hall, Kingsbury Hall, Hewitt Hall, Whittemore Center, Field House (on request), Lot – A, Gables, Visitor Information Center.
Handicap Parking:
There are 160 handicap parking spaces scattered all over campus. To use them, you must display a current Handicap Permit (state placard) AND a UNH-issued permit (student, faculty/staff, visitor, temp, or whatever is appropriate). UNH does not issue handicap permits, permanent or temporary. State-issued handicap plates and/or placards are required in all UNH handicap spaces. Handicap spaces are first come first served. Use of state-issued plates or placards requires an accompanying UNH-issued permit (which a handicap student would have) appropriate for the lot where the student parks.
