In order to apply for external funds, PIs/PDs must make a series of certifications on the Yellow Sheet (2nd page) attesting to:

• The veracity and completeness of the information contained in the proposal and on the Yellow Sheet;
• Debarment and suspension status;
• Acceptance of financial, administrative, and programmatic responsibility for the proposed project, and;
• Agreeing to comply with all applicable regulations and all UNH policies and procedures.
