In order that UNH may fulfill legal and contractual obligations to sponsors, PIs/PDs are responsible for ensuring that they have executed an Intellectual Property Participation Agreement. In executing this agreement, individuals acknowledge that they are bound by the UNH Intellectual Property Policy by accepting or continuing UNH employment or by using UNH resources or facilities.

PIs/PDs must file the Intellectual Property Participation Agreement with the UNH Office for Research Partnerships and Commercialization, just once during their UNH careers.
