The Thompson School’s Associate Degree in Applied Science (AAS degree) programs provide men and women a solid foundation of knowledge and practical experience in an exceptional learning environment emphasizing pathways for career entry upon graduation. Program requirements for all Thompson School students include the following: 3 to 4 credits in mathematics; two courses in communications (one must be COM 209 or equivalent); one course in computer literacy; and two courses in social science. To complete the AAS degree requirement of 64 credit hours in four semesters, students follow pre-established class schedules for their respective program areas.
Thompson School General Education courses are built into the programs listed here for first-year students. Students should review the Thompson School section of the current Undergraduate Catalog for more information.
