Sponsoring Close Family Members for U.S. Residency
As a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, you may be eligible to sponsor certain members of your family for U.S. residency. U.S. Citizens may sponsor husbands or wives, married or unmarried sons and daughters, parents, or brothers and sisters. Lawful permanent residents may sponsor husbands or wives, and unmarried sons and daughters.
