Talk to your student about signing a Release of Information
The Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) prohibits the release of eligible student disciplinary records without the student's written permission. For the Office of Conduct & Mediation to discuss the specifics of your son or daughter's conduct case, the student first needs to submit a signed Release of Information (pdf) form to the Office of Conduct & Mediation.
