Sample Program Outline from 2011 JSHS

Day One: Thursday, March 31, 2011

10:00 AM - 9:00 PM	Parking Lot C	Parking permits are picked up. There is no overnight parking allowed in Lot C.
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Memorial Union Building (MUB), 3^rd Floor	Symposium check in: Please pick up your symposium packet at the registration table located just outside MUB Theater Two on the third floor of the Memorial Union Building (MUB).
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Memorial Union Building 2nd Floor Granite State Room	Poster Set Up: Poster boards & easels, including tacks, tape and clips will be available for poster presenters to set up prior to the start of the symposium.
12:40 - 1:00 PM	MUB Theatre II 3^rd Floor	Refreshments
1:00 PM - 1:10 PM	MUB Theatre II	Welcome and Introductions
1:10 - 5:05 PM	MUB Theatre II	Oral Paper Presentations Judging for NNE and SNE will be done separately.
5:15 - 6:30 PM	MUB Granite State Room	Reception, Poster Viewing and Judging:
6: 30 - 7:00 PM	MUB Granite State Room	Plenary Session: GUEST SPEAKER
7:00 - 8:30 PM	MUB Granite State Room	Banquet and Awards: All teachers, students, and guests are invited. Awards Presentation: Award winners will be called to the front for presentation of certificates. After all presentations are made, award winners and their teachers are requested to remain for pictures and to complete forms for scholarship award procedures and to obtain the National JSHS travel application procedures.

See you bright and early on Friday for breakfast from 7:15 – 8:30 a.m. at the dining hall located on the 2^nd floor of Holloway Commons. Please give your breakfast meal ticket to the receptionist at the checker stand as you enter the dining hall.
