Ross Gittell, professor of management and the James R. Carter
Professor at the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School
of Business and Economics, is available to discuss the economic
impact of the closure of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. On Friday,
the Department of Defense released its list of recommended base
closures, which includes the shipyard.
