Editors, New Directors: The media is invited to cover the induction ceremony of four UNH alumni into the ROTC Alumni Association Hall of Fame November 12, 2004, 2-4 p.m. in the Granite State Room of the Memorial Union Building at the Durham campus.
 
 DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire’s ROTC Alumni Association honors four past graduates with its Hall of Fame award in an induction ceremony November 12, 2004. UNH President Ann Weaver Hart will present remarks at the ceremony.The event takes place from 2-4 p.m. in the Granite State Room of the Memorial Union Building (MUB) at the Durham campus.
         
Alumni to be honored with the award include: John P. Gagne, U.S. Army major (retired) of Strafford; John H. Lawson, U.S. Air Force former captain of Amesbury, Mass.; Bert F. Teague, U.S. Army former major of Newport; Ralph Townsend, U.S. Army former tech sergeant who had lived in Williamstown, Mass. (to be awarded posthumously).
         
The event is free and open to the public.
