DURHAM, N.H. -- Allen Ferrari, vice president and general manager
of sales and marketing for Regal Sleeving and Tubing-Suflex of Newmarket,
will discuss his experience with recently acquiring a manufacturing
company as part of the University of New Hampshire Holloway Seminar
Series in Entrepreneurship, Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, at 7:30 p.m.
in the New England Center.
Regal Sleeving and Tubing-Suflex manufactures electrical insulation.
During Ferrari's 35-year career there, he has held various management
positions including production supervisor, materials manager, human
resources manager, plant manager and product manager. Ferrari earned
his bachelor's degree in management from Southern New Hampshire
University. He is a past member of the Lamprey Health Care Board
of Directors.
The Whittemore School sponsors speakers for the series to demonstrate
to students how people in the business community have succeeded
as entrepreneurs and how they have encouraged and mentored others
to succeed. The series is named in honor of Exeter businessman and
community leader Paul Holloway.
Both the lecture and a reception following are open to the public,
