Center, Portsmouth, N.H.
DETAILS: Dr. Charles Vörösmarty of the
University of New Hampshire's Institute for the Study of Earth,
Oceans, and Space (EOS) will lead more than 100 research and social
scientists, policy-makers, and agency representatives from 30 nations
in an effort to quantify how humans are using and changing global
water resources and develop policies that will help protect the
planet's water resources.
