DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School
of Business and Economics invites the media to cover the annual
Entrepreneurship Internship Reception.
WHO: Steven Bolander, dean of the Whittemore School
of Business and Economics; Jim Wible, associate dean and professor
of economics; Jeff Sohl, professor of decision sciences, director
of the Center for Venture Research and instructor for the Entrepreneurship
Internship course; students and their business mentors.
WHAT: Entrepreneurship Internship Reception
WHERE: Holloway Commons, Squamscott Room University
of New Hampshire, Durham campus
WHEN: Thursday, Dec. 11 from 5 - 7 p.m.
BACKGROUND: The reception celebrates the achievements
of 24 senior undergraduates enrolled in the Entrepreneurship Internship
course in the Decision Sciences department offered each fall and
the companies that hosted them as interns. The course, a requirement
of the Entrepreneurship Option at the Whittemore School, brings
together students and business partners in New Hampshire and southern
