DURHAM, N.H. -- Graduating seniors at the University of New Hampshire's Thompson School of Applied Science are offering professional floral arrangements to be delivered in and around the Durham area during Secretaries Week. Deliveries will be made on April 24 and 25.

Floral arrangements range in price from $10 to $55, and can be viewed and ordered at the Website www.unh.edu/thompson-school/flowers.html. They can also be ordered by calling 603-862-3743 or by email at ws@cisunix.unh.edu (leave your name and telephone number).

Delivery is free within 20 miles of the Durham campus. Proceeds from sales benefit the ABM Scholarship Fund, a fund that provides scholarships to deserving Thompson School scholars.

Each year, students in the Thompson School's Applied Business Management (ABM) program are required to develop a working business model and execute the business plan, the proceeds from which go towards the scholarship fund. One of their ventures this year is a flower delivery service focused on the upcoming Secretaries Day.

According to Elizabeth Harrington, a current student at the Thompson School, "Without the TSAS scholarship, it would have been very difficult to make it through the program. Your support will not only show your appreciation to your secretary, but will help deserving students to finish their degree programs."
